Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for most products purchased from our website, provided that:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • The request for return or exchange is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalized or custom-made toys.

  • Opened or damaged items.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@labubu.toys. Please include the following information:

  • Your order number.

  • The product you wish to return or exchange.

  • Reason for the return or exchange.

Our team will guide you through the process and issue a return authorization if applicable.

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for a different product, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Provide a full refund or offer a replacement.

  • Cover the shipping cost for returning defective items.

Please retain the packaging and provide pictures of the damaged item to help expedite the process.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, we will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned product. If the exchange item costs more, we will request the difference in payment before shipping the new product.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, we will gladly exchange it for another item of equal value. For refunds, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser’s payment method.

International Returns

For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that you have the proper documentation to avoid any customs delays when returning items.
